The Egyptian Theatre. Park City, Utah.
April 27, 2012.
My closing remarks to an audience filled with entrepreneurs from all over the world wasn’t rehearsed.
(This is Brian, by the way).
I didn’t plan to say these things.
It all just blurted out of my mouth.
Direct from my heart with no filter.
But it is the essence of “us”…

Carrie owned a home in Montreal.

A city where French is the official language.

She had 2 kids from a previous marriage and a job that prevented her from moving.

I lived 17 hours away in Chicago.

Still had 10 months left to pay on my apartment.

Didn’t speak a word of French.

And had a bachelor’s life with a thriving business based in the U.S.

But on February 27th 2009, I packed a small bag of clothing, jumped in my car and drove.

Nothing that you really want in life will ever be convenient.

You will have doubts, fear and spend time second guessing your choice.

You won’t ever know how it will end, if it will work or when all the factors against you will either fall in your favor or blow up in your face.

But those are silly reasons to give up or give in.

You can’t spend your life worrying about an outcome that you won’t know until you get on the road to giving it a shot.

And you shouldn’t let “how” ever become more important than “why”.

I fell in love.

That was the only reason I needed.

Don’t sit still because your uncertainty scares you…

… Get moving and create the certainty you want”

That story – however condensed – is where our path of helping people eliminate their limits began.

We’ve helped fitness enthusiasts lose weight (outside of offering ‘diet’ and ‘fitness’ programs).

We’ve helped entrepreneurs make more money (without giving ‘business’ advice).

We’ve helped sad, uninspired people find the happiness and passion they once had (without providing ‘counseling’).

We’ve helped companies increase their bottom line (without using ‘marketing strategies’)

We help you eliminate your limits.

In your business and career.

In your health and fitness.

In your relationships.

In your happiness.

In your life.

We strive – every day – to continue eliminating our own limits.

And more than anything, we adore having you part of that journey.

As causal observers.

Active participants.

Friends, colleagues, companions and partners in crime.

Some Fun 411’s…

People call us by our nicknames more often than not. “BG” and “C2”, respectively. Feel free to do the same.

We’re at opposite ends of the height spectrum. BG’s a healthy 6’3”, while C2 registers in around 5’1” (although she pretends to be taller than that).

There’s a chance Carrie is stronger than most men you know. True story. She can squat about 300 lbs. and boasts a bench press in the neighborhood of 185 lbs… At a bodyweight of 127 lbs!!

Brian’s best friend is his daughter. They are virtually inseparable and often “howl” the words “I love you” towards each other (“Howl” as in wolves or coyotes… Not joke!)

Starting at the age of 17, Brian was a bouncer and bodyguard. His very last gig was a New Year’s Eve ‘Jay Sean’ concert in Chicago. He spent most of the night texting Carrie… Who was 700 miles away in Montreal.

Carrie is a Licensed Counselor and spent years working with children with special needs.

Brian founded and served as CEO for one of the largest fitness and sport education organizations in the world from 2002 – 2011.

Carrie has worked as both a professional model as well as a Creative Director within the Fashion industry.

While working as a Performance Coach for Olympic, Professional and National Team athletes, Brian toured as a guest lecturer through New Zealand, Australia, Sweden, Italy, the Czech Republic, Ireland, Canada and the United States.

Delightful Final Thoughts (just for you)…

It amazes us how many people still think that all they need is a better “diet”, “training program”, “marketing strategy”, “business tactic” or “self-help book” to have the success they want.

Is some or all of that stuff important?

Most of the time, yes.

But the biggest limitation to your success has been, is and forever will be… You.

You’re your own greatest obstacle.

… You’re also the most powerful solution there is.

Let’s eliminate your limits and find that solution. Together.
